The Claims Management Regulation website is currently undergoing improvements, and the application form has recently been updated. The ability to download and/or complete an application for authorisation on this site will be available again in April 2010.

In the meantime, please contact the Authorisations Team direct at authorisations@claimsregulation.gov.uk, or contact them on 0845 450 6858 confirming your name, business name, address and telephone number and we will send an application form by return.
